I hate it when I fill out a form and then get spam the rest of my life! So, my first promise to you is that I will never spam you. This means I won’t even email you unless you ask me to (besides, I have way too many forwarded emails of my own to deal with). My second promise is that the form below doesn’t require any information in order to be filled out. That way you don’t have to give me any bogus information, and I don’t have to read the bogus information thinking I have a new friend named Seymore Butts.
